Chocolate

So, I'm not really into peaches and sweet potatoes... but bring on the chocolate pudding!!

The Baptism

We are so honored to have Doug and Malia as Julian's godparents. They so generously gave us a christening party that was simply fabulous... and check out the adorable tigger outfit from his beautiful god sisters!!

He cried the entire time until he was actually baptized. I guess the Holy Spirit did the job of bringing peace... thank God.
It was such a beautiful experience with an overwhelming seense of responsibility... from this day forward we will teach our child to love God.
So... how many people were at your baptism??

The Wedding

What a spectacular event that none of us will ever forget... the most magnificent couple that deserved the best of days... it certainly was. We had such a great time that I asked Danielle if may be they could get married again.

The family

Damien has six of the most beautiful sisters.. here are two, Bern and Carm, having a heart to heart.
Little brother Damien eating it up with mum and his sisters.
Loretta and one of her three princesses.

Julian meeting his Australian grandparents for the first time!

Australia

There are places that you go and you just feel a sense of dread because you know you will never want to leave... Mom and I watched many sunsets and Julian put his little feet in the ocean for the first time. We also fed the kangaroos and had breakfast with exotic birds. We went hiking in the pouring down rain in the oldest rainforest in the world and did a little snorkeling at the Great Barrier Reef (a bit rough since wewere out there with cyclone Monica!).... and this was all before we even met with the family!
