Well this is a post without any children for once just like the past few days my honey and I spent in North Carolina. It was pretty fabulous to eat uninterrupted meals and sleep ten hours a night but at the same time kind of feeling misplaced like not wearing a watch if you always wear a watch. I guess being alone will never feel the same now that motherhood has claimed me. We ran through the woods everyday and then got in a eucalyptus steam room, ate great food (No Nutrisystem), and read until we fell asleep...it was a nice taste of retirement perhaps haha. Nature has a way of restoring the soul...nothing can compete with our Creator...I never cease to be amazed though I don't thank Him as often as I should.
