Motivation

So, I had all of these great intentions to multitask and listen to a book while I was running on the treadmill... how in the world does anybody find motivation in that?? I even joined Audible, an audio book club, to encourage myself not to give up on my capacity to really do this.... all to no avail since after a few minutes of attempting to listen to the book, I switch it to my workout playlist and almost instantaneously there is a spring in my step. You have to have the right songs though. One of my favorties I actually discovered when I was trying to find some decent music for Christopher to listen to that wasn't completely about sex and drugs... so just incase you need a little pick me up or a laugh I am posting the video of the song. Let me know what your favorite workout songs are...I need all the help I can get!

This was one of the most hysterical moments for me... our beautiful nephew Raph gave Xav a vase that he painted with artificial flowers in it and you would have thought he had won the lottery... one of the greatest parts was that he gave him this little scented pouch to hide inside so that everyone would think those flowers sure do smell nice!
