So, I had all of these great intentions to multitask and listen to a book while I was running on the treadmill... how in the world does anybody find motivation in that?? I even joined Audible, an audio book club, to encourage myself not to give up on my capacity to really do this.... all to no avail since after a few minutes of attempting to listen to the book, I switch it to my workout playlist and almost instantaneously there is a spring in my step. You have to have the right songs though. One of my favorties I actually discovered when I was trying to find some decent music for Christopher to listen to that wasn't completely about sex and drugs... so just incase you need a little pick me up or a laugh I am posting the video of the song. Let me know what your favorite workout songs are...I need all the help I can get!
